Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Orders In principle, cancellations of orders after the products are secured or shipped cannot be accepted. For cancellations due to reasons attributable by VEGASUS JAPAN Co., Ltd. paid amounts are refunded in full and the Company bears the transfer fee. For cancellations due to reasons attributable by the buyer, a refund is made after deducting service fee and other pre-order process charges accordance to clause 1.1 Terms of Cancellation 1.1 Terms of Cancellation Cancellation of any order within 24 hours prior to the proposed delivery scheduled will incur an administration fee of USD50.00. Cancellation received after the applicable period stated in the above, will be refunded subject to the following refund conditions: - Cancelling 7 days before the scheduled shipping date: 80% of total order value - Cancelling 3 days before the scheduled shipping date: 50% of total order value - Cancelling 1-2 days before the scheduled shipping date: 35% - Cancelling on date of scheduled shipping date: Non-refundable All authorised cancellation refund base on the above shall be refunded within 7-21 working days, subject to bank/financial institution fund transfer process. All fund transfer cost and service fee shall be borne by the buyer. 2. Alterations and Amendments To Orders VEGASUS JAPAN Co., Ltd. are unable to provide any alterations or amendments for any orders that are already in the process of being prepared, already prepared and/or in transit. Subject to authorisation, any special cases, depending upon the alteration or amendments, the buyer must pay for any additional fee and charges incurred. No cash or credit refunds will be made for alterations or amendments that results in a value less than the original order cost. Alteration and amendments must be requested 3 days before scheduled delivery date. VEGASUS JAPAN Co., Ltd. or Shunsaido reserves the rights to refuse alteration and amendments. ■ Refunds for card payments For payments made by credit card (Stripe), the refund is issued to the same card used for the payment and no transfer fee applies. Depending on your card issuer, it may take about 5-10 business days for the refund to appear. For payments made by bank transfer, we remit to the account you designate.
