| Returns / Cancellation | As we handle perishable food, cancellation after the product has been secured or shipped is not accepted in principle. For cancellation at the customer’s convenience, we refund the amount less 5% of the product price and the bank transfer fee. If we cancel the order or cannot secure the product, the amount paid is refunded in full and we bear the transfer fee. If there is clear quality damage such as breakage or spoilage in transit, please contact us with photos within 24 hours of arrival.
