Suspension or Discontinuance of Service VEGASUS JAPAN Co., Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any service without liability where necessary due to: • System maintenance; • Cybersecurity concerns; • Regulatory requirements; • Force majeure events; • Natural disasters; • Market disruptions; • Supply chain interruptions; • Fraud investigations.
