Careful Fruit Selection (approx. 7 days)
After confirmation, our trusted growers and Ota Wholesale Market (Tokyo) select and pack your fruits. We source per order — not from stock — choosing optimal ripeness, appearance and quality (about 7 days).
3 ✈️
Air Freight from Japan
Every Friday, our air freight partner ships the consignment from Japan to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), typically arriving the same day. The exact flight and timing may vary depending on availability.
4 🛃
Customs Clearance in Malaysia
On arrival at KLIA, the shipment undergoes Malaysian customs and quarantine. Our local logistics partner handles clearance as quickly as possible, subject to inspection and regulations.
5 🚚
Final Delivery
Once cleared, delivery begins the next business day. Shipments to Sarawak and Sabah are forwarded on the earliest domestic flight to their final destination.
* Logistics charges are quoted separately. You are welcome to arrange your own freight and customs from Japan to Malaysia or elsewhere. If you use SHUNSAIDO's logistics service, a few supporting documents and authorisations are required for customs clearance and delivery on your behalf.
