IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING FRUIT CONDITION UPON DELIVERY
Care and Quality Control
At SHUNSAIDO, we take great care in handling our Japanese seasonal fruits. From the farmers and producers, through our authorised distribution partners and air-cargo handling process, every effort is made to ensure that the fruits are carefully selected, properly packed, protected and handled with care before shipment.
Japanese fruits are renowned for their exceptional quality and delicate appearance. However, many premium seasonal fruits are naturally fragile and can be affected by handling, vibration, pressure, temperature changes and transportation conditions during the delivery process.
Although we take all reasonable precautions to protect the fruits, we cannot guarantee that every fruit will arrive in exactly the same perfect condition as when it was packed. During transportation and handling, particularly at transit points or the final destination, minor dents, marks, bruises, surface blemishes or other cosmetic imperfections may occasionally occur.
Such minor imperfections do not necessarily indicate that the fruit is spoiled or unsuitable for consumption. The natural appearance of delicate fresh fruit may vary, and even the most careful transportation process cannot completely eliminate the possibility of minor cosmetic damage.
Our farmers, distribution partners, logistics providers and air-cargo handling partners all make every reasonable effort to ensure that your fruits arrive in the best possible condition. Nevertheless, due to the delicate and perishable nature of fresh Japanese seasonal fruits, SHUNSAIDO cannot guarantee that every fruit will arrive in 100% perfect cosmetic condition.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and understand that minor cosmetic imperfections may occasionally occur during transportation and handling. We sincerely appreciate your understanding that, when transporting delicate fresh fruits over long distances, achieving a completely perfect appearance for every individual fruit cannot always be guaranteed.
We will nevertheless continue to do our utmost to deliver Japanese seasonal fruits of the highest quality and in the best condition reasonably achievable.
